Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation
You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing. To cancel your order, you have to send a mail to sidmanfashion@gmail.com Note: 20% of the total order amount will be deducted for order cancellations after 24 hours. 5% of the total order amount will be deducted as payment gateway charge for any order cancellations (no minimum or maximum time limit).

Returns
Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept return if the product is damaged or faulty by our end. One-time exchange available only. No exchange/returns for customized / custom size stitched orders.
Note: Products below Rs.2100 are not eligible for return/refund/exchange. Note: 15% of the total order amount will be deducted for order return. 5% of the total order amount will be deducted as payment gateway charge for any order.


International Returns
Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept return if the product is damaged or faulty by our end. Return has to be done from buyer's end. Return cost is bearable to buyer. Exchanged products' shipping charges are on buyer too. In case of refund, only the product amount will be refunded.
Unboxing Video Is Must.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then we will ask you for your bank account details or Paytm number, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your relevant account, within 5-7 working days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (150/- INR) will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sfcs.reply@gmail.com

Shipping
We will arrange reverse pickup if reverse pick up service is available at your pin code by our courier partner. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (150/- INR) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
